Fall Cleanse 1: Your Body

Cut out everything except plants and a few fruits for at least 5 days, up to 3 weeks. No caffeine, alcohol, sugar, grains, legumes, animal products etc.

Green smoothie for breakfast (kale, ginger, lemon, apple, coconut water)

Lunch and dinner – veg soups and salads.
