It’s August. Which means we have a little less than 5 months left of this year.
Have you been successful this year?
There are, I believe, a few key features of the super successful. And when I say super successful, I mean people who are happy in love, have great families, do work they love, build companies, change laws and policies to support humans, animals, the planet: in essence – people who are committed to showing up for that which they believe in, don’t let others crap on their parade and keep getting back up, when they fall down, while sharing their story along the way to inspire others.
Or something like that. Really, it’s about you being the most authentically YOU-EST YOU that you can possibly be!
So.
Where are you stuck?
Where are you not taking the steps to be the most authentically, juiciest and you-est you?
There are a number of things that can keep us stuck – crappy habits, an incoherent or undefined vision to keep you on your path, world-changing events (such as a pandemic) and mindset.
This is one of my favorite quotations on mindset, that I stumbled across when I was reading Steve Jobs biography:
“Your thoughts construct patterns like scaffolding in your mind. You are really etching chemical patterns. In most cases, people get stuck in these patterns, just like grooves in a record, and they never get out of them.” – Steve Jobs
So, as you reflect on Jan-July 2020, considering what you committed to, who you committed to, what did you learn and who/what taught it to you, where was your attention placed in ways that are not in alignment with who you really are and what you really want in life and what you want moving forward: what do you want August, September and October to look like? Map out the next 90 days.
Love,
Tamsin
PS – My next all-women’s Mastermind is starting in September – identifying your vision (life and or biz), examining your daily habits and whether they reflect your vision, and if not, changing them through an energetic lens of ayurveda, via habit science & mindset.
