Preheat oven 350F – this makes about 10 muffins

2 tbs butter or equivalent
2 tbs honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 ripe bananas
1 ½ c flour

½ c chopped walnuts
½ c dark chocolate drops

Warm butter, honey, and vanilla until butter melts. Mash the bananas with a fork and stir in the melted mix. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix wet with the dry. You may need more flour if the bananas were really big! You will get a sticky mix. You can add chopped walnuts or chocolate drops if you fancy!

Drop mixture into the muffin cups – I like the reusable silicon ones.

Bake for about 12 mins. Keep in the fridge for a few days!
