Take 30 mins on Sunday afternoon to make your weekday mornings easier. Take 5 mason jars (size depending on how many people you’re feeding). The recipe below is one person serving. So do the math!!

½ c oats
½ c liquid (e.g. yogurt, applesauce, almond milk)
Add 1 tbs chia seeds
1/3 c chopped nuts

To serve, keep it cold or warm it and add fresh chopped bananas, berries, a dollop of nut butter.
