RELATIONALLY: how you communicate, build trust, and navigate conflict. Relationally, unconscious leadership shows up as miscommunication, brewing conflicts, and a slow erosion of trust. Psychological safety disappears, and brilliant people start playing small—or leaving.
SYSTEMICALLY: how you shape culture, innovation, and shared purpose. Systemically, a lack of conscious leadership creates a culture ruled by fear, blame, and disengagement. Creativity tanks. High turnover becomes the norm. People are operating in survival mode instead of possibility.
THE NEUROSCIENCE

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Understand the neuroscience of habits and reactivity.
- Build a conscious leadership operating system you can apply under pressure.
- And create daily rituals to stay grounded and clear.
- Six weeks, 30 self-study videos & worksheets on a platform accessible via app or desktop for daily consumption: Monday-Friday (5 days a week). I work with companies to lengthen or shorten this program, from a 2-hour workshop up to a 12 week program, depending on their needs.
- Each day is themed and includes tools from HeartMath, meditation, breathwork, and neuroscience-backed exercises.
- Monday & Friday group calls: accountability & team-building reflections, journaling, practices (can change this for your cohort to 3 months)
- Journaling pages to cultivate the awareness and self-reflection.

Dr. Astor has been studying the brain and practicing the tools for Conscious Leadership for over 20 years and teaching them for over a decade. She holds a doctorate in Cognitive Neuroscience and a post-doctoral fellowship in education. Tamsin also holds certifications in Yoga, Ayurveda and Mindset. She is an executive coach, and international speaker—The Chief Habit Scientist—and is a certified xchange guide (expert facilitator in the lens of appreciative inquiry: what is working rather than what is not working)
