This one has always been a challenge for me. I used to do what I thought was expected of me. And, then, I’d get to this point and feel the rebel yell within me and fight back. Now I work on asking myself what I need now, tapping into my intuition and then communicating that to those around me. It’s the first stage in a life of freedom.
